So here is a Simple Solution that we already know.....You can arrange to put earthen pots ( Mitti k Matke) at your balcony / terrace / window with fresh water every day.

If possible, pls buy pots (like attached image file) whose FACE OR HEAD is OPEN & BIRDS can easily sit on the Pot & drink water.
